If you are looking to put RSS feeds on your website from other websites I found a very simple program. It works really well. Here is the link: http://rsscontentbuilder.com/
They have a free version and comercial version. The only difference is the free version has 2 text links on the bottom. I got the paid version and it cost $77.00. I'm pretty happy with it.
Check it out. The php portion works really well with Google.
